Everything the counter needs, every day
Written in the words a shopkeeper already uses: bill, khata, stock, profit. Nothing here needs an accountant to set up.
Retail or wholesale rate
Pick the rate for the bill with one tap. For batch-tracked goods you pick the batch too, and the stock left shows on the line itself.
Who owes you what
Type the customer's name and number on the bill and the khata opens itself. Take money against a bill and that bill turns Paid.
A full record for every item
What came in, what went out and at which rate, item by item, with a running balance. Batches are tracked separately.
Returns and damaged goods
Send goods back to a supplier, in cash or against the khata, and write off what is damaged so the loss shows in the report.
By customer and by item
See which customer and which item actually pays. Anything running at a loss sits at the top instead of hiding.
Invoices and exports
A4 invoice or a thermal receipt, shared straight on WhatsApp. Daybook, inventory and profit export as CSV for Excel.
Backup and restore
One tap writes the whole ledger to a file. New phone, or the app installed again, and the same file brings it all back.
PIN lock and two languages
Only you open the khata, with a PIN or your fingerprint. The app runs in English and Hindi.
Mistakes can be undone
Delete a wrong bill or payment and the stock and the khata go back exactly as they were, with the reason written down.
