Everything the counter needs, every day
Written in the words a shopkeeper already uses: bill, khata, stock, profit. Nothing here needs an accountant to set up.
Set up for your trade
Pick what you sell on the first open — kirana, medical, clothing, footwear, electrical, mobile, stationery, hardware, auto parts, dairy, cosmetics, agriculture, furniture, sports or a general store. Only those categories are offered, and your own can be added from the item form.
Retail or wholesale rate
Pick the rate for the bill with one tap. For batch-tracked goods you pick the batch too, and the stock left shows on the line itself.
Who owes you what
Type the customer's name and number on the bill and the khata opens itself. Take money against a bill and that bill turns Paid.
A full record for every item
Every movement as it happened, with a running balance in each measurement the item keeps. Lots are tracked separately.
Goods measured your way
Tick what each item needs — piece, weight, length, width, thickness, area, volume, roll, pack or box. A roll of cloth can be counted in rolls and sold by the metre; rice can come in bags and go out by the kilo. An item that is only counted stays simple.
Every lot keeps its own rates
Buying rate, selling rate and MRP are asked when the goods arrive, along with the lot number from the supplier bill. A cheaper lot never changes what an older one is sold at.
Goods that arrive by the load
Type what the whole lot weighed on the kanta, or the one amount the supplier billed, and the app works out the figure per bag or per piece. Type it per piece instead and it shows the whole lot.
Sell in the unit the customer asks for
Bags or kilos, rolls or metres. Change it on the bill line and the quantity and the rate change with it, so the total stays right.
Rates you can see at a glance
The newest lot’s buying rate, selling rate and MRP show on the stock card and in the value of your stock. Every older lot keeps its own.
Returns and damaged goods
Send goods back to a supplier, in cash or against the khata, and write off what is damaged so the loss shows in the report.
By customer and by item
See which customer and which item actually pays. Anything running at a loss sits at the top instead of hiding.
Invoices and exports
A4 invoice or a thermal receipt, shared straight on WhatsApp. Daybook, inventory and profit export as CSV for Excel.
See the bill before it prints
A saved bill shows as it will print. Choose Classic, Modern, Tally, a half page or an 80 mm roll, then print it or send the PDF on WhatsApp.
Logo, signature and a shop card
Add your logo and signature once and every bill carries them. The app also makes a visiting card for your shop in 8 designs and 12 colours, ready to share.
Expenses in the profit
Write down rent, salary, electricity and tea. They come out of the profit and out of your cash and bank balance, so the figure you see is what is really left. Paid it from your own pocket? Mark it Outside and your shop's cash is not touched.
Returns and exchanges
Take goods back from the bill they were sold on. The stock, the profit, the drawer and the customer's account all follow, and damaged goods are written off.
No bill without a number
Every sale and purchase is kept under a mobile number, so nothing is ever owed by nobody. Type three digits and your saved customers appear; the same number always lands in the same account.
A business report in one tap
Profit and how it was arrived at, expenses by category, cash and bank, who owes whom, what the stock is worth and what sold. Saved as a PDF, an Excel file or a CSV, ready for your accountant.
Every bill says how it was paid
Paid with the bill, cut from an advance, or paid some days later: each step is written on the bill with its date and whether it went by cash or bank. No guessing where the money went.
Cash and bank that stay true
Put in what your drawer and your bank hold, and the app will not let a payment go beyond what is there. The drawer and the bank each keep a history with the balance after every line, and it exports to a sheet.
Backup and restore
One tap writes the whole ledger to a file. New phone, or the app installed again, and the same file brings it all back.
PIN lock and two languages
Only you open the khata, with a PIN or your fingerprint. The app runs in English and Hindi.
Mistakes can be undone
Delete a wrong bill or payment and the stock and the khata go back exactly as they were, with the reason written down.
